font-size: 18pt;"> </span></section><section><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;">刚开始情绪很烦躁、很恐惧的话, 先读和背诗篇。诗篇91篇告诉我们,我们自己要主动的活在神的话语下,活在神的保护伞下。也就是说我们要去学习尊上帝为主,以上帝的话语为是非标准。如果我不尊上帝为主,就等于我跑到其他地方去,不再在上帝的保护之下了。我的先生有一段时间心情很难受,我就是陪着着他一起背诵诗篇91篇。他开车我就在旁边大声读,然后我们俩一起来回的背诵。</span></section><section><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;"> </span></section><section><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 18pt;">诗篇有很多篇是专门针对人的恐惧、抑郁的,因为是诗,琅琅上口很抒情,比较好背。我曾经背诵过《路加福音》《马可福音》《约翰福音》《使徒行传》《罗马书》《加拉太书》《歌罗西书》《以弗所书》《希伯来书》《雅各书》《约翰一书》。你说我现在都记得吗?现在印象很模糊。我不是说了嘛,目的不在乎记多少,而在乎背诵默想的过程中,逼着自己思想神的话,把脑子里面的垃圾都给清理出去。</span></section><section><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
